Update on PHP security update

Several of you have asked us about the recent security issue related to PHP, so here is a brief update.

PHP is part of our technology stack, and we have therefore followed the case closely from the very beginning. The day before the issue became public, we received signals through our standard channels that something was on its way. Our security team was therefore ready to act as soon as we had concrete information to go on.

As details emerged, and before official information and the security patch from PHP were available, we continuously assessed the risk and made deliberate choices based on the information we had. We implemented measures to mitigate the risk, and services we could not fully secure on short notice were taken down temporarily as a precaution. When the security patch was released, we updated our servers.

Afterwards, we conducted a thorough review of our systems and found no indication that we or our customers have been affected. We have also been in dialogue with our security partners and parent company throughout the process.

If anything changes, we will notify you immediately. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Info regarding Crall (Personalized shopping)

Crall remains temporarily unavailable while we complete the final security measures. We are actively working to restore the service and will notify you as soon as it is back up.

In addition, active work is underway to improve and migrate the functionality to Mystore's control panel to make the user experience even better for you as a customer.
