# Search for Receipts in Acendy POS

This article explains how to find a previous order or receipt in Acendy POS.

## How to search for a receipt

There are two ways to find an order.

### 1\. View recent orders

Go to **Main Menu → View Recent Orders**

Here you can see the most recently completed sales and open the receipt directly.

### 2\. Search for an order

Go to **Main Menu → Search Orders**

Here you can search by:

-   order number
-   customer name
-   phone number
-   email address
-   scanned receipt

This is ideal when you need to find a specific receipt or process a return.
