## What is Lipscore?

Lipscore is a Norwegian service (started in 2013) that collects customer reviews and recommendations for online stores. Several major Norwegian brands, such as Jernia, Telia, Ice, and The Body Shop, use Lipscore to showcase positive customer experiences.

### The value of product reviews

Customer reviews contribute to increased sales and build trust. Showcasing what existing customers say about your products and services increases credibility more than your own marketing. This often leads to a higher conversion rate in the online store.

### What does Lipscore do in the online store?

Lipscore displays product reviews and star ratings on product pages and in category overviews. By activating "enable postings", customers can leave reviews directly on the product pages. The service also allows you to display service and store reviews on the homepage, the "About us" page, and the "Contact us" page. You can decide the placement of these reviews yourself.

Lipscore is compatible with the Acendy design templates America, Europa, and New York, as well as the new templates in the Design Builder (Ember, Bloom, and Summit). Contact if you use a different template.
