# Login issues

This article helps you if you are having trouble logging in to the Mystore control panel.

## Incorrect password or forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, or are unsure whether the password is correct, follow these steps:

1.  Open the control panel login page in a web browser
2.  If you are already logged in, log out first
3.  Click **Forgot password**
4.  Follow the instructions to reset your password

## Correct password, but still unable to log in

If you are completely sure that the password is correct, but you are still unable to log in:

1.  Follow the steps in the article [**Troubleshooting Mystore POS**](https://support.acendy.com/en/article/simple-troubleshooting-acendy-pos)
2.  Check in particular that:
3.  -   you are using the correct email address
    -   you are not logged in on another device
    -   your browser is not storing outdated login information

👉 If you are unsure whether the password is correct, we recommend using **Forgot password** first.
