## Filter Products Based on Date of Stocktaking

This article explains how to filter products based on the date they were last counted using the Bulk Editor in Acendy.

## Using the Bulk Editor

In the Bulk Editor tool (Product Catalog > Bulk Editor), two new columns and two new filters have been added:

### Columns:

1.  **Date of Last Stocktaking:** Displays a column with the date the product was last counted.
2.  **Last Counted By:** Displays a column with the name of the user who last counted the item.

### Filter:

#### Stocktaking: Has Stocktaking

This allows you to add a filter with a date selection for when a product was last counted.

> **Example:**  
> By adding the filter "Stocktaking: Has Stocktaking" and selecting the date period 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023, you will get a list of all products that have been counted (and confirmed) in this period.

#### Stocktaking: No Stocktaking

This allows you to add a filter with a date selection that shows products that have **not** had stocktaking registered in the desired period.

> **Example:**  
> By adding the filter "Stocktaking: No Stocktaking" and selecting the date period 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023, you will get a list of all products that have not been counted in this period.

> Husk at man med masseendring kan kombinere flere filter. F.eks kan man i tillegg til å filtrere på telling også legge til filter for produsent, leverandør etc.
