# Credits

This article explains what Credits are, what they are used for, and how to purchase and manage Credits in the control panel.

## What are Credits?

Credits are used as payment for services that have a **low cost and are charged per use**.

-   **1 Credit = 1 NOK**
-   The number of Credits used varies depending on the service
-   Credits are **automatically deducted** when you use a service that requires pay-per-use billing

## What are Credits used for?

Credits are used for services such as:

-   Sending **SMS messages**
-   Printing **shipping labels** (for example via Logistra or Profrakt)
-   **Phone number lookup** in the POS system

Other services may also use Credits if they are billed per use.

## How to see your available Credits

The number of available Credits is displayed **in the top-right corner of the control panel** when you are logged in.

To see more details:

1.  Click the **Credits icon** in the top-right corner of the control panel

Here you will find:

-   Current balance
-   Usage history
-   Purchase history

## How to purchase Credits

1.  Click the **Credits icon** in the top-right corner of the control panel
2.  Enter the **number of Credits you want to purchase**
3.  The **minimum purchase is 500 Credits**
4.  Complete the purchase

The amount will be **added to your next invoice**.

## Important to know

-   Credits are **automatically deducted** when using services that require them
-   If your balance is **empty**, services that require Credits cannot be used
-   Credit purchases are **added to your next invoice**

## Troubleshooting

**Problem:** A service does not work  
**Cause:** No available Credits  
**Solution:** Check your balance and purchase more Credits

Contact **Customer Support** and include the following:

-   Store name
-   What you are trying to use Credits for
-   A screenshot of your Credits balance
