The short answer is: we do not support this.

Sync products from Mystore to Tripletex

Full question: How do I enter and synchronize the product catalogue I have in Mystore to Tripletex?

Answer:
We do not have support for syncing products from Mystore to Tripletex.
When we transfer an order, only the name, article number, qty etc is added to the order as an item line, it is not added to Tripletex product catalogue.


Synchronize and update inventory in Tripletex

Full question: When an order is sent from Mystore to Tripletex, the inventory in Mystore will be reduced corresponding to the order. Will it do the same in Tripletex when the order is transferred and the invoice is sent out? If not, there is no point in having any inventory in Tripletex?

Answer:
If you choose to set "Bruk varenummer" to true in the extra service, we can reduce the stock downwards, i.e. we deduct from the stock in Tripletex when an order is transfer.
However, this requires the customer to enter the products manually in Tripletex with the same article number as in Mystore.

This also means that they must manually update products in Tripletex when making changes.

Important regarding POS
When selling in POS, inventory will not be updated in Tripletex as we do not transfer POS orders individually.



Does Mystore support Tripletex logistics module?

Answer: 
No we don't. If someone get this, or any of the above, functionality working it's purely a workaround.
We only integrate towards Tripletex as a accounting software, not logistics, inventory etc.


Transferring customer data

Full question: When an order is transferred from Mystore to Tripletex, will customer data also be transferred? If not, this would have to be entered/transferred manually, which would make this integration extremely cumbersome.

Answer:
The customer data is transferred when an order is transferred. When an order is transferred we first check if the customer already exists. If it does we connect the order to the existing customer. If it doesn't exist a new customer will be created in Tripletex with the customer data from Mystore.
