Search for refunded transactions
If a return has been made, the original transaction will be updated with new information.
That is, one must find the original transaction to locate the return reference.
See the example below. A return was made on 27.12.21, but to find the return reference, we need to locate the original transaction from 01.12.21."
Tips!
The easiest thing to do is to use the status “RefundedBulk”, and then open the transaction in order to check if the transaction matches the order sum.
Important! Remember to send the refund letter to the customer.
