Yotpo

Configuration of Yotpo is done in both Mystore.no and Yotpo. 

Settings in Mystore determine which functions should be visible and active in your online store. From Yotpo, you control the configuration of outgoing email, color, and manage which ratings, questions, etc. should be displayed or not.

Mystore.no supports the following Yotpo features

• Mail after purchase (Free plan Yotpo)

E-mails are automatically sent out to the customer after purchase in the store. When to send email and how it should look is controlled in Yotpo.

• SEO Page (Free plan Yotpo)

Creates a separate page where customers can view and write reviews of products. With the Growth plan you can get stars visible in Google towards this page.  

• Reviews Tab (Free plan Yotpo)

Adds an info tab to your store that customers can click to see other people's ratings. 

• Product Reviews (Free plan Yotpo)

 Make product reviews visible on the product page. 

• Footer Badge (Free plan Yotpo)

Badge that appears in the bottom line with the number of reviews and star ratings. Only becomes active when you have received 20 reviews in the store.

• Carousel (requires Growth Plan Yotpo)

 Carousel showing reviews on the front page. Which reviews are shown are controlled from Yotpo. 

• Rich Snippets  (requires Growth Plan Yotpo)

Displays stars on product in Google as well as SEO page that is added to your online store.  

• Promoted Products  (requires Growth Plan Yotpo) / Korrigeras in Yotpo

Enables you to promote products in outgoing email.

How to enable Yotpo in your online store

1. Sign up as a Yotpo customer on their website https://yap.yotpo.com/get-started/#/signup/register
2. Choose the Yotpo pricing plan that suits your online store https://support.yotpo.com/en/article/free-growth-plans
3. Contact kundeservice@mystore.no and request to activate the integration with Yotpo* / Order in appstore

*Mystore.no make the reservation that there may be functionality in Yotpo's Growth Plan that is not possible to achieve in the integration.
