What are tags used for?

Tags are not often used, but are useful for adding a value and function, as some of our integrations require.

This could be, for example, our app Gift Card

You create a gift card as a normal product in your store, with its name, description and picture. The only difference is that you have to go to "Tags" in the product manager and add the "giftcard" tag. Set the value to 1.
It is in such cases that Tags are used.

Other contexts Tags are used, is if you have Klarna Subscription

Then you enter which products should have a subscription, add "abb" as a Tag and set the value to 1.
