Enlist a friend

If you refer a new store to Mystore.no, we will give you up to 2000 Mystore Credits (equivalent to NOK 2000) per store you refer. You can use Mystore Credits to purchase new apps, designs or other services at mystore.no.

How "Refer a friend" works

• We will provide you with a link to a referral page on Mystore.no
• You send the link to someone you know
• If your friend becomes a paying customer with us by starting an online store and/or POS, we will pay out up to 2000 credits to your user account

How to get started

The link to the referral page you are going to send can be found by logging into the control panel. You can find "Refer a friend" under Tools in your Control Panel.

Per store you refer, you can earn

• New webshop: 1500 credits
• New POS customer: 500 credits
• New customer both online store and POS: 2000 credits

What you can use your Mystore Credits for

Buy new apps, new designs or other services from mystore.no where credits can be used as payment. You cannot use credits to pay for hosting your online store, marketing or POS hardware.

Payment

Payment of credits for online store and/or POS takes place at the beginning of the month after the first invoice and card payment from the referred store has been approved and paid, or the application for a POS has been received and approved by Mystore.no. The application for a data bin must be completed within 30 days after the customer relationship was activated.

Use of credits

You can find your credits in the top right corner. Click on the credit symbol to view your history.

To use credits, you must contact kundeservice@mystore.no. Send the name of the app you want to buy and state how many credits you want to spend.
