Article summary

You have many options when you start building pages.

The first time you open a page, it looks like this:

Tip 1:

The page builder starts with how the page will look on a computer, but you can also easily customize the view on tablet and mobile.

Tap the symbols in the upper left corner to switch between the different views.

Most of the features are mostly drag and drop, but each component can be customized in a separate menu that changes depending on where to edit.

Tip 2:

Check which component or module you are in when editing by looking in the lower left corner - what is highlighted in blue.

The menu on the right changes according to whether it is the picture, box, row that you are in.

Tip 3:

Dragging elements into the page separates components and modules.

One module you can drag onto the page so that it settles between the others. When you drag in the module, you'll see a module sign at the bottom of the element:

A component can be embedded in a module, see picture:

There are also elements that are both module and component. These can be used for both.

Try it out

The most important tip we can recommend is simply that you give it a try. Start by building new pages to learn the tool. Keep in mind that no one sees the pages you're building until you choose to display the page in your online store.

Once you have become experienced, you can start creating your own components and modules.
