Automatic sending of withdrawal form

In the control panel, you can choose whether the cancellation form should be sent automatically by e-mail when an order is completed. 

  1. Go to "Orders/Customers > Process orders"
  2. Tap the gear icon
  3. Then change "Standard sending of withdrawal form" to either "Yes" or "No".
  4. The withdrawal form is also pre-filled in on completed orders.

Where to find the right of withdrawal form?

Inside each order, you can see the customer's right of withdrawal form. The customer's and store's information is filled in automatically.

Can you add extra information to the right of withdrawal form?

Yes, you can choose to add additional information at the bottom of the withdrawal form. 

  1. Navigate to Apps > Settings 
  2. Search for "Right of withdrawal form".
  3. Tap on "Extra info".
  4. Enter the information you want to add.

The information entered here is displayed on the second page of the withdrawal form.
NB!
It will only be possible to enter the desired additional information in the right of withdrawal form and it will not be possible to remove standard, statutory content.
