The first page you encounter when you open the order page is an order overview. This overview shows you a total overview of all orders in your control panel.
Views
The order overview gives you an overview of your orders, but without creating your own views, it can quickly become confusing. With views and filters, you can quickly and easily process your orders.
Default views
The default views show your orders based on order status, as well as in the order in which the orders were placed (most recent first). The first time you open the order page, all orders are displayed, regardless of order status.
The default views are based on order status, and you have the following available: "All orders", "Not processed", "Shipped", and "Returned".
Personalized views
By creating views via order filter, you can create your own views based on different rules. This can e.g. be based on order statuses, shipping methods, payment methods, tags, etc.
- Tap on "Filter"
- Select the rules for the view and press "Create View" to save new view.
- You can now find the view in the view drop-down menu
View order details
Click on "Filter" to choose what details should be displayed in the overview.
View product lines: Shows which products are in the order.
View order processor: Shows which user is responsible for order processing.
Show Comment icon: Shows if there is a comment on the order.
View address: Displays the customer's address.
Show org no.: Optionally shows org.nr of business customers.
Show profit margin (activated via the gear): Shows the profit on each order line.
