How to set up or reset notifications on new messages
The first time you log in to the control panel, you will be asked to enable notifications. Tap "Enable notifications" and then follow the instructions in your browser.
Don't remember what you chose, or haven't seen this message before? Reset notifications.
In the menu, select "Settings" > "Notifications". Tap "Reset notification". After that, the page will reload and you will be presented with prompts to accept notifications.
Still not getting notifications?
If you still do not receive notifications is because of the settings in your browser. This may be due to several different settings depending on which browser you are using. We will look at the most common error.
Chrome
Tap the padlock to the left of the web page address. In the menu that appears, find "Notifications" and select "Allow" in the drop-down menu where it says "Bloker". Once this is done, run the reset process described further up this page.
Firefox
Tap the icon to the left of the web page address. In the menu that comes up, find "Send notifications" and tap on the cross where it says "Blocked". Once this is done, run the reset process described further up this page.
Safari
Press "Safari" in the upper left corner and select "Preferences.." (Cmd+,). Select the "Websites" tab and select "Notifications" in the menu on the left. Select "app.crall.io" and press "Remove". Make sure that the selection under the "Remove" button is selected. Once this is done, run the reset process described further up this page.
