Mystore Shipping Dashboard

In your control panel you have access to a dashboard where you can easily manage your shipping agreement. Here, you can view your invoices, contract rates on your shipping agreement, and use a shipping calculation calculator to calculate rates for shipments.

You can find the dashboard by going to Tools > Mystore Shipping. 

On the front page you will find the following: 

The overview on each invoice will show you the consignment number for each shipment, order number, the date the package has been sent, the type of package registered, the shipping weight on which the invoice is based, price excl. VAT, the number of bags per shipment, and the service codes on any charges added to the shipment.

In the price list you will always find the current prices divided into online store package (Entrepreneur, Business and Corporate) and shipping product (Collect, Home etc). 

Fixed surcharges such as Energy surcharge and Road and rail tax apply to all shipments. These are add-ons that are adjusted up and down each month and you can read more about this and see the rates here.

Under each shipping product you will also find a box for other relevant additions for this particular shipping product. E.g. exceeding weights or measurements.

After you have packed all your Home Small packages, these must be collected in one or more main shipments.

If you have not already booked package collection, you can tick this box at the same time at Book pick-up.

Do you find that the weight stated on the invoice does not match the package you have sent? First, check what the volume weight of your package is, maybe it is the one that has kicked in here. You can read more about volume weight here. Volume weight for you with Mystore Freight is calculated this way: Height x Length x Width (cm) / 5000.
Is it still wrong. Create an invoice inquiry as described above.

The order number does not appear on the shipment?
