Bag on the door is an extra offer where the postman can hang the parcel on the door instead of delivering the parcel to the nearest pick-up point if there is no space in the mailbox.

When you want to offer this service to your customers, it is wise to have a consent from the end customer when ordering.

In your control panel, you can get two shipping methods for MyPack Home Small. The purpose of this is to give the customer the choice of whether they want a bag at the door or not. Please contact customer service to enable one or both of these options:

Here it is important to make it clear to the customer that the bag will be hung on the door, e.g. via name and description. One must also activate the setting under Advanced options that activates the bag on the door.

Here it may be a good idea to inform the customer that the parcel will be driven to the nearest delivery point if the parcel does not fit in the mailbox.
