Mystore's inventory count is mobile-adapted and makes it easy to count on the go!

How to get started on mobile

All you have to do is log in to the control panel via your mobile phone and go to Tools > Logistics > Inventory.

From there, start a new inventory, with or without a sample, and count using search, plus/minus buttons, or a separate scan mode.
On mobile phones you only have access to counting. Open counts, confirm counts and reports are reserved for PC.

Scanning of goods

The inventory count app from Mystore has its own scan mode. When this is activated, we remove the search bar and you get a display that is only intended for use with a barcode scanner. 

When you scan an item, the screen will flash green, you will hear a confirmation sound and the item will add itself to the overview.
If you scan an item that has an invalid barcode, or that the barcode is linked to several products, the screen will glow red and you will get an error message.
In order to continue the scan, you must manually click away the error message. 

You can exit scan mode at any time by clicking on "Exit scan mode".
One then goes back to the usual way of counting. No scans are lost, everything is stored continuously. 

This means that you can enter and exit scan mode as often as you wish.

What devices support scan mode?

Scan mode can be used on PC, mobile phone and tablet.

Is anything special required?
Scan mode is included with the inventory counting app and requires nothing more than a handheld barcode scanner. We can recommend Mystore's superscanner.
