Personalized shopping is a service included in your Mystore pricing plan, here you get an overview of what is included in your plan and associated help articles.
Personalized search is included in all our packages.
Product recommendations are included in the Smart and Plus packages.

Personalized search
This service gives you an advanced search in your online store where you can set up synonyms and keywords that connect the way you want. We have several help articles that discuss this feature.

Personalized product recommendations
By using product recommendations, you will showcase larger sections of your product catalogue. This helps the customer find what they are really looking for.
We have several types of algorithms that can be used on different pages:
- Relevant products: "Relevant products" are perfect for increasing the upselling of products. This can, for example, be used at checkout, shopping cart or product page to offer customers products that they haven't purchased. These can be products that fit some of the products they have in their shopping cart, or based on a particular product.
- Alternative products: This feature lets you view alternative products for the product that the customer is viewing. This one fits well to have on the product page. "Alternative Products" will display other products belonging to the same type of product. This could be, for example, if you look at a raincoat from Helly Hansen. Then you will be presented with other rain jackets / trousers from Helly Hansen or other manufacturers.
- Popular products: "Popular products" are useful to have on the front page of the online store. It gives visitors a quick overview of what is popular and "up and coming". This can be seasonal or new products that have suddenly been bought very much.
- Bestsellers: Just like "Popular Products", "Best Sellers" are perfect for having on the cover. The customer gets a quick insight into what are the best-selling products in the online store.

Personalized shopping - Platform
With the platform, you can design your own emails, send out personalized emails, give customers unique discount codes in rewards via popups or emails and you get an overview of what is happening in the online store in real time

Overview: See what's happening in your online store in real time. Get an overview of what customers have in their shopping cart, total cart total, popular products right now, and much much more.
Emails: Design your own email using our drag and drop builder. Send out personalized emails based on what the customer has done in the online store.

Flow: With our flow system, you can create your own customer journeys tailored to what the customer has done in the online store.

Pop-ups: Use pop-ups to collect emails for your newsletter. Set up rules to only show a pop-up to selected customers.

Discount codes: Give customers unique reward discount codes via pop-ups or email. You decide a lot much the discount should be on, and how long it should be valid. You also get statistics on how much the different codes have generated in revenue.

Smart goods receipt updates inventory, orders, and allows you to make adjustments to associated products.

Inventory value report
The inventory valuation report stores a daily overview of your inventory so you can easily see stock value and retail value.
After activation, the report takes a snapshot of the store's inventory every night at 00:00.
The following day, you can look up the report to see both inventory, inventory value, and retail value of your entire inventory.
Each snapshot is saved so you can go back in time to see inventory.

Accounting
Accounting is something you necessarily have to deal with if you are going to run a store.
But do you NEED an integration between your webshop and your accounting system?
The answer is no. You don't have to, but you can.
An integration will transfer information about the orders and help you with posting them. This can also be done manually. An integration with accounting is therefore a possibility, but not a must. Here is an overview of which systems we have solutions for.
