How to write category descriptions

Category description

It is important to take your time to write good and unique category descriptions. These should describe what's in the categories, such as products, benefits, brands, and any recommendations.

To add category descriptions, click the pencil next to that category or subcategory. Then you can edit the description.


Then click on the field "Change category description":

In category descriptions, you have the option to enter text at both the top and bottom of the page:


You can enter text at both the top and bottom of the page. It's recommended to have minimal text in the header description so that the user doesn't have to scroll down to the product overview. If you have a lot of text, the rest can be put in the bottom description.
