To easily track purchases and revenue in Google Ads, you can import goals and transactions from Google Analytics into Google Ads. Here are the steps:
- Make sure you've set up purchase tracking in Google Analytics:
- Log in to Google Analytics.
- Click on "Administrator".
- Select "Ecommerce Settings".
- Turn on ecommerce and press "Save".
- Ensure that Analytics and your Google Ads account are linked:
- Log into Google Analytics and click on "Administrator".
- Click "Google Ads Link" and select "+ New linked account group".
- Select the Google Ads accounts you want to link, then click 'Continue'.
- Title the association, turn on the association and click "Link accounts".
- Import tracking from Google Analytics into Google Ads:
