Reset password

Follow the guide below to reset your user's password.

Step 1: Click "Forgot password?" at login

Step 2: Enter your email address and press "Reset password"

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email that is sent.

Important!

Be sure to check all inboxes in your email client, including your spam filter.
If you still can't find the email after a few minutes, contact our customer service HERE.


Step 4: Create new password.

The password must contain 1 number, 1 uppercase and 1 lowercase letter.
Log in to your control panel with your new username and password.
