How do I log in to my control panel?

How you log in to the control panel of the online store depends on whether you have a demo store or an activated store with us.

How to log in without your own domain

If you have not connected your own domain, you can use your address that was created when the store was activated in our systems. 

What address is this and where can I find it?

When you created your demo store, you gave your store a name. This name is also the name of your store in our systems and will be used for login in both demo store and activated store. For example, logging in to the control panel of a demo store might look like this: www.dinbutikk.demo.mystore.no/kontrollpanel
For example, logging in to an activated store might look like this:
www.dinbutikk.mystore4.no/kontrollpanel

The login address is also sent in an e-mail in connection with the activation of the store.

What if you've connected your store to a domain?

As soon as you have connected a domain to the online store, it is the domain name that will be used for login. So, if you have previously logged in with www.dinbutikk.mystore4.no/kontrollpanel, you now log in with www.dittdomene.no/kontrollpanel

What if you forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new one directly via the login page. You will then receive an email from us with instructions for creating a new password.
