Create Product

To create a product, first navigate to Product catalog > Products. Here you can access the page where categories and products are managed.

Step by Step

1: Tap +product to create new product.

2: Add product information.

Generally

Name Give your product a name	Visibility Choose whether the product is active, hidden, or deactivated
Article number vendor Enter the article number of the supplier (internal info)	Note Submit a note (internal info)
Warehouse location Enter your warehouse location (internal info)	Categories Add the categories the product will be in
Value added tax Choose which VAT the product has	Purchase price Add the purchase price. NB! This is important for getting proper inventory reports. Les mer.
Date available Choose when the product will be available	Selling price incl. VAT Enter the selling price including VAT.
Selling price excluding VAT Enter the sales price excluding VAT.	Article number Add your article number (shown to customer)
Barcode (EAN/GTIN) Add a unique barcode. Read more.	Weight (grams) Enter the weight of the product. Read more.
Producer Enter the product's manufacturer. Read more.	Type of button Choose which button the product should have

Varieties

Enter variants on the products. This can be, for example, size or color.

Offer

Offers can be activated and managed in several ways, and on the product page you can see if the product has a sale price.

Inventory groups

Inventory groups are available to you with advanced inventory management. The inventory groups allow you to decide how different products should behave based on the inventory balance. An example could be that products from one manufacturer should be oversold, while products from another manufacturer cannot be oversold.
