Guidance
Change of ownership Mystore Payments (POS and ECOM)
The form for change of ownership can be found via Customer relationship > Change of ownership in the control panel ↓
If you have Mystore POS or Mystore Card payment for online store, a separate change of ownership must be made on this. It is Adyen who carries out the change of ownership, but we are dependent on reporting this on their behalf.
External agreements
Since you have a legal agreement with Klarna, you must contact Klarna directly to change ownership of this. The process may take a few weeks, but you will have an active Klarna agreement while the change of ownership is in progress.
Old and new owners must fill in a form called Transfer agreement and send this to merchant@klarna.no for further processing.
Once the form has been submitted, a team at Klarna will take over the inquiry confirming the details. As soon as the change of ownership is complete, Klarna will contact the new owner to guide how to generate new API keys for the integration with Mystore.
Please note that the current owner may have additional services on their agreement, which are invoiced in arrears. These are invoiced to the new owner. The former and current owners must make up for these between themselves.
