How to apply for a Mystore Datakasse agreement

Here we add some tips on how the application to our partner Adyen goes as smoothly as possible.

The application process against Adyen has several steps. How quickly the application is processed depends on several things, but the most important thing you can do to get as smooth a process as possible is to do good preparatory work before the agreement is submitted.

Image criteria 

In order for the acquirer to process the application, they must be able to confirm that it is the owner of the company who is applying for an acquirer agreement. Part of the process is therefore to identify oneself and disclose company information. It is therefore very important that the images uploaded are easy to decipher for the person processing the application. 

• Images must be in color
• The images may not contain any glare that makes it harder to decipher the information
• See below for examples of approved and unapproved passport photos.

Can you identify yourself in other ways?

It is also possible to upload a photo of a driver's license, then a photo of both sides must be submitted. The rules on colour photography and glare also apply when using driving licences. 

Select. The processing time will be 2-3 days longer when using a driver's license.

Company information

As an extra step of the onboarding process, the acquirer makes a quick check that the company's address matches what is stated in the application. It is therefore important that the address stated in the application matches the company's registered address.

Store address

• Important that the store's address is correct in the application form

Approx. turnover

• Here it is important to place an approx. number of daily orders and turnover

Bank statement

A bank statement must include the following information:

• Time and date (No older than 6 months)
• Company name and address
• IBAN
• .SWIFT

Here it is important to enter IBAN with NO and not N0. If zero is entered and not O, it will require a manual treatment to change this and it may result in 2-3 days longer processing time.
