Get star ratings on your online store with Google Customers Review and increase the visibility of your online store and shopping ads.

Ranking of the online store
Google Customer Reviews is an extension of Google Shopping that allows your customers to provide feedback after they have completed a purchase in your online store. If you have this service installed, your customers will be asked in the checkout if they would like to sign up for the survey (see screenshot below). The survey only contains questions about the customer's experience of shopping in the online store. Once you've received 50 feedback with a rating above 3.5 out of 5, your Google Customers Review Badge becomes available.

Product rating on the Shopping network
With 50 or more feedback, you'll also have the option to enable "Google Product Rating" in Google Merchant Center. This feature makes your star rating available on Google Shopping campaigns when a product has at least three pieces of feedback.

Select! Google Product Rating requires valid EAN codes (barcodes) to be entered in the control panel of the current product. Google collects the barcodes and checks them before attaching feedback to the product.

How do I get this installed in my online store?
To have the service installed in your online store, you must:
1. Order the service here:
https://apps.mystore.no/products/google-reviews

2. Have an active Merchant Center account. We need your Merchant Center ID to implement the service in the online store.
3. Sign an agreement between your online store and Google. Read more about the agreement here:

The image below shows where you can track sign-up, sent and completed feedback in Merchant center.

In the Customer Review Setup menu, you'll find four options.
Overview: Here you get an overview of the survey.
Product Review: As mentioned, you can activate this once your online store has received over 50 feedback
Settings: The code for the Customer Review and Customer Review Badge integration (see image below)

You cut out the code snippet and send it to kundeservice@mystore.no when you want to have the badge implemented in the online store.
