General

Here you will find general settings for your store. These affect company information, inventory settings, email setup, product display and stock status, etc.
You have a search tool "Search" in the control panel you can use to search, or press period and type in the setting you are looking for.
For example, if you want to adjust how many products are displayed per page in the online store.
Enter "quantity" in the search bar and you will get the "Number of products per page" field. 

Order confirmation email:

To change the recipient of copies of orders, go to configuration - > email. Here you can set up as many recipients as you want.
