Article summary

Thanks to the recent expansion of the "Bulk Editor" it is now easy to pick up a product range based on when a product was last counted, or not counted.

Use of mass modification

In the "Bulk Editor" tool (Product catalogue > Bulk Editor), two new columns and two new filters have now been added:

Columns:

To customize columns

Tap "View" in the tool and add/remove desired columns.

  1. Date of last count: Displays a column with the date the product was last counted

  2. Last counted by: Displays a column with the name of the user who last counted the item

Filter:

Inventory: has count

With this you can add a filter with date selection when is product last counted.

Example:
By adding the filter "Inventory count: has count" and selecting the date range 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023, one will get a list of all products that have been counted (and confirmed) during this period.

Inventory: no count

With this, you can add a filter with date selection that shows products that do not have counting registered in the desired period.

Example:
By adding the filter "Inventory: no count" and selecting the date range 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023, one will get a list of all products that have not been counted during this period.

Combine filter

Remember that with mass change you can combine several filters. For example, in addition to filtering on counting, you can also add filters for manufacturer, supplier etc.
