With the extension "Feedback after purchase", you can open up for the end customer to give feedback on how the shopping experience was.
You are free to design your appearance and shape questions according to your own needs. 

Enable the extension

You can activate the extension yourself in your control panel.
In the menu, go to Apps > Settings and look up "Feedback after purchase"

Customizing design and content

Design

Tap the gear in the dashboard to open settings for the extension:

Here you can easily select text, colors and titles for your form. 

 


Button

The standard design for the button can be seen on the right image below.

Form

The title, description, feedback after the submitted form and design of the Send button can be found in the same window.

Free text fields in form

If you want more info than just the title and description, free text fields can be used.
Here you can enter text, bulleted lists, images, etc.

To open the free text field, click on  "Edit free text" on the extension.
Then you fill in/change to what you want to have.

Receiving feedback

Feedback is sent to the store as a contact form via email with info about orders, feedback, etc.
