Who can get Vipps?
Anyone who has an online store or PoS (POS) on our platform can use Vipps as a payment method.
What does Vipps cost?
There is no additional monthly cost or setup fee. Transaction costs only. The transaction costs you pay depend on which product package you have with Mystore. See price overview.
How do customers pay with Vipps in the online store?
Vipps comes as a separate payment option that is shown in Klarna checkout, the quick checkout / company checkout and PoS (POS).How do I process Vipps orders in the control panel?
Vipps orders are treated in the same way as Klarna orders. We have a separate help article on how to process (edit, credit and cancel etc.) orders here
How long does it take for the money to be in my account?
Vipps pays out daily with a 1-2 day delay. That is, purchases on Monday are paid out Tuesday/Wednesday. Purchases on Friday are paid Monday/Tuesday and purchases Saturday/Sunday are paid Tuesday/Wednesday.
Vipps - status "Reserved" and "Sales"
When a customer places an order, the amount is reserved. In the Vipps administration, the transaction is displayed as "Reserved" in the overview. At this point, the amount is not deducted from the customer's account, it is only reserved.
When the store owner marks the order as "shipped" in Mystore, the amount is deducted from the customer's account. In the Vipps administration, a new transaction is displayed in the overview marked as "Sales".
After this is done, there will be two different lines with the same transaction ID: one that is "Reserved" and one that is "Sales".
