Facebook Chat

This is a guide to setting up Facebook's customer chat.
Before we add the app for you, you need to order the app here:

1. Enter your Facebook page
2. Go to "settings" and tap "Messages" in the side menu.
3. Find "Add Messenger to your website" and tap "get started".
4. Select your language, create a greeting and tap "Next":
   
   
   
5. Enter the expected response time, choose the color of your Customer Chat and click "next":
   
6. Add your online store address ( https://www.butikknavn.no/ ) (Where the chat will be used)
   
7. Copy the code on the right and send it to your customer service representative.
   Press "Finish".
