Exporting revenue reports

Export report

When you have arranged the report as desired, it can be exported via file by clicking Export report in the upper-right corner of the relevant report.

Extensions

The file types you can choose from are: CSV, XLSX, XLS, ODS
There is no recommended file type from us, here it is based on need.
You'll receive an email at your store's email address when the export is finished.

Export via URL

If you are on a report, you can copy the URL and forward it.
The recipient will then be taken straight into the report you have shared.

Number of rows in export

The export function currently has a limit of 3000 rows per file. This means that a report containing e.g.8,000 rows will be split into three files.
Each file is clearly labeled Part 1 of 3, etc.

Exported reports

This page gives you an overview of all your reports that have been exported.

Here it is also possible to download each file, as well as the delete file via the menu (three dots) to the right of the report.
