The customer overview gives you a full overview of customers, the possibility of filtering and search, as well as support for exporting customer lists.
Customer overview
To get an overview of all customers, go to Orders/Customers > Customers.
Here you will find an overview that shows all customers registered in the store with the possibility of search and filtering.
Search, filter, and display columns
Search The search field in the overview supports searching for the following fields:

Filter By clicking on "+ Filter" you can add a variety of filters to find a selection of customers. Filters may vary depending on which services your store has. |
Column view The customer overview has a series of pre-selected columns for displaying customer number, name, email, etc. In addition to these, there are a number of columns that can be displayed if needed. Added columns support sorting and will also be included in the file if an export is made. |
Create customer
First, go to Orders/Customers > Customers
Click on the button "New customer", this will open a window for filling in the necessary fields on the customer.
The window has two modes: simple and advanced.
Simple:
Easy mode displays only the most necessary fields for registering customers.
Advanced:
Advanced mode takes it through customer creation in steps and contains more fields than in simple mode.
Send registration link
By sending a registration link, you can give the customer a link that allows the registration to be linked directly to a customer group (requires Advanced reseller solution).
To send a registration link, click on "Actions" in the overview and select "Send registration link".
This opens a window where you fill in the customer's email address and desired customer group.
Options/Features
If you go to the Control Panel > Orders/Customers > Customers, and find the customer in the list there, you will see a menu (three dots) to the right of each customer. In this menu you will find a number of options, such as "Create order", "Send email", "Delete" etc.
The same options can be found under "Actions" on the customer card.
View/edit customer:
Should it become necessary to find and/or edit customer information on a customer, this can be done as follows:- Go to Orders/Customers > Customers
- Find the desired customer in the customer list or use the search bar to find the desired customer
- Open the customer card
- Edit the fields you want
- Tap
Create view
In the customer overview it is possible to create custom views. These can be private or global and one can choose to set a view as the default view.
Private View is visible only to the user who created it, while Global View is visible to all users in Control Panel.
To create a view:
- Add the columns, filters and sorts you want in your view
- Then click the save button to the top of the filter bar
- You can now choose whether to save over an existing view or create a new one:

After you have created a view, it can be selected on the dashboard or you can go to "Views" in the left menu to change the status, set the view as default or delete a view.
From the "Views" page, one can set the view to default view, as global or delete it.
You can also open it directly by clicking on the icon on the far left of the overview.
Export customer lists
If you use an external system to send newsletters, it may be appropriate to export customer information such as first name/last name/email to an external system, here you will find the procedure:- Login to their control panel
- Go to "Orders/Customers > Customers"
- Make the desired selection to find the customers you want to export
- Select "Export Customer Data" under the "Actions" menu
- If the list of customers contains more than 15,000 customers, the export will be split into multiple files.
- When the export is ready, you will find it under "Export archive" in the menu on the left.
