Create and update views

Completely separate views tailored to you and your business? Quite!

To make everyone's life a little easier, we've added support for creating and updating your very own views. 

Create new view

The easiest is to start on the view "All products". Then you filter your way to the products you want using filters and searches. 

Once you have set up the product view the way you want, a new view is created by clicking the "Save" button on the left in the "FilterBar":

In the window that now opens, you have two choices. You can either choose to overwrite one of the existing views or create an entirely new view: 

NB! You can only overwrite existing views that you have created yourself. 
This means that your user cannot overwrite the view of a colleague or a default view created by Mystore.

After saving , the page will refresh and the display name in the "filterBar" will reflect the name you gave your view: 

What gets included in a view?

Views will include the selected filter, columns, column position, and sorting. 

In addition, it will be dynamic so that at the next visit you will get an updated product range if more products match on the filter.

All views are given a URL so that it can be easily shared with others.

Refresh view

Updating a view is very easy!
Select the view you want to change, customize to your liking, and select save.
Here, choose to save as existing view by clicking on the display name and then "Save".
