Add shipping to your Shopping feed

A recent requirement from Google is that you now need to enable shipping information in Merchant Center in order for your product feed to be approved.

When you add a shipping service to Google Merchant Center, you can see delivery time and shipping cost in searches on Google where you will see your items. For example, you can set a fixed shipping cost for all your items, free shipping, or set up various parameters that trigger different shipping costs.
The shipping costs that you set up in Merchant Center must reflect the same shipping costs that you have set in your online store.

How to enable shipping in Merchant Center 

1. Sign in to Google Merchant Center
2. Go to "Shipping & Returns" under settings at the top right:3. Select "+ Add shipping service"
4. Add Service Name, Country and Delivery Location (At Customer Address)
5. Add Booking Deadline, Booking Processing Time and Estimated Transportation Time

6. Choose the type of shipping you offer in the online store. Choose from one or more options. It is also possible to use "advanced settings", if you offer many options in the online store.
Then fill in the remaining details and activate the shipping service. You can also choose to add more shipping services.

Do you have shipping based on weight? 

Our Google Shopping feed contains weight as long as this is added to your product. To get the right setup of shipping in Merchant Center, you need to build a weight-price matrix in Merchant Center. You do this by following the steps above and by selecting "Switch to advanced settings" on the last step. Here you can read more about how this is set up.
