Add Product
Adding product(s) to an offer couldn't be easier.
Use the search field and search by product name, article number or EAN (barcode).

Customer groups
If the selected customer is a member of the customer group, the prices in the offer will reflect this. Les mer om kundegrupper
Blank line of text (2)
Click Blank Line of Text + to add a blank line of text.
Blank line of text has two different functions:
- If you don't enter text in the field, the line will act as a space/space in the PDF
- If you enter text in the field, it will act as a heading in the PDF

Custom Product (3)
Custom product allows you to add line items to products that are not located in Mystore.
Here you can enter names, numbers, VAT and prices.
These fields will also affect the total amount of quotation, as well as profit/margin.
Custom product doesn't have available inventory.
Product line selections
Product lines have a variety of fields for viewing and editing.
All fields that are blue can be clicked on to change.
Explanation:
- Sorting: So-called "grab handles" allow you to drag and sort the item lines in the offer
- Product Image / Product Name: The blue icon opens the product page in a new tab
- Number: Number of participants in the offer
- Disposable stock: Number available in the online store at the time of writing
- VAT: Registered VAT of the product
- Price excluding VAT: The price of the product. This can be changed on offer if needed. If a price changes, the original price (which is stored on the product card) will appear below in gray with a dash.
- Unit price excluding VAT: Unit price of the product. This can be changed on the offer if needed
- Unit price incl. VAT: Unit price of the product. This can be changed on the offer if needed
- Discount: Discount on the product in the offer
- Customer Group / Offer Price: Here the price is shown if the product is either on offer or has a different price via a customer group. This is only a view and the user is responsible for pricing the product as they like
- Total: Total amount of the product line (quantity * unit price)
- Margin: Margin on the product. Uses input price and unit price for calculation
- Product line selection:
- Reset: Nwool sets the input price and unit price at the original price
- Comment: Legg to the comment or description of the product line. The comment is displayed on PDF to customer. If there is a comment, the icon will be green.
- Distant: Remove product from offer
Freight
The first version of the quote module doesn't have integration with your store's shipping methods.
You can add custom shipping to the quote that will be transferred to order.
Summary
The summary gives you a good overview of the total price and price of the offer, as well as the coverage in NOK and percentage.
Set coverage ratio
The coverage feature helps you quickly put the coverage you want on the offer.
Maybe you know that you will earn 2000, - on this sale, then you can easily enter 2000 on coverage in kroner and then click "Set coverage".
The same applies to percentages.
